White Bread

1 Tbsp yeast                           
1 Tbsp margarine
4- 5 Tbsp sugar                               
2 cups warm water
1 tsp salt                                          
4- 5 cups flour
¼ cup veg. oil
 

PROCEDURE
  1. Mix yeast, sugar, salt, veg oil, margarine and warm water.
  2. Add flour with bran to liquid. Knead for 5 mins. Prove and re- knead.
  3. Shape into loaves leave to rise
  4. Bake 400o F until golden brown.

Makes 2 loaves

 NB: For wheat bread substitute 2 cups of white flour for wheat flour.
